THUMP HQ is the latest concept in Group Exercise and Personal Training and is the only club of
its kind in Australia. We offer a complete health and fitness solution for our members by
providing you with the latest in group exercise such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling,
Pilates, Body PUMP, and Boot Camps.If you feel that you need a change from your regular gym routine and are looking for the edge in training then one or more of our group exercise programs will defiantly help you achieve your goals. We have various programs to suit everyone from juniors, teenagers, adults, and seniors.
THUMP HQ runs over 40 classes per week and has also employed a team of Personal Trainers to help you reach your goals if you think you need some extra attention. Check out our Personal Training Special!
THUMP HQ is located at 97 Queens Road, Five Dock (Opposite The Five Dock Leisure Centre). There is plenty of underground parking as well as street parking. You are also able to park in the council car park across the road for a maximum of 2 hours Free of Charge.
